Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- A valid purchase invoice from TechSolution.pk is required.
Return Shipping
Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.
